Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is a safe, simple and effective way to move those hidden emotional blocks that can hold us back.
As The Emotional Baggage Handler my aim is to help you work with your challenging life circumstances, past and present.
EFT is a gentle and effective way of achieving this.
I use it alongside my own learnings from life, Hospice nursing (retired), and parenting, to provide a warm and professional space so you can explore and find your way forward, with greater lightness, freedom and choice.
